Which product groups do we have?
We have 9 products in four groups. The Hose Crimping Machine group has 5 models: MT 11, MT 12, MT 30, MT 35 and MT 55. The Hose Cutting and Skiving group holds two bench-top machines. The Scaffolding Pipe and Flange group contains the Pipe End Press and the Custom Molds group contains the Brake Hose Dies.

MT 35 crimps 3″–6″ industrial hoses and MT 55 crimps hose and pipe up to and including 10″.
Cutting hose to length and skiving it:
the Hose Cutting Machine cuts hoses up to and including 2″, the Hose Skiving Machine skives 3/8″–1 1/4″ hoses.
Forming a male end (“taklan”) on scaffolding pipes:
the Pipe End Press is made for this job.
Dies in the form and diameter you need for special jobs such as air-conditioning, steering and brake hoses: we make these dies.
In which order should I ask the questions when choosing a hose press?
What is the type and largest diameter of the hose?
MT 11 or MT 12 suit 4SH up to 1″, MT 30 suits R1-R2-4SH-R15 up to 2″, MT 35 up to 2 1/2″, and MT 55 suits hose and pipe up to 10″.
Where will the machine run?
MT 11 in the field; the electric-motor models MT 12, MT 30, MT 35 and MT 55 in the workshop. Motor power is between 4 kW and 11 kW.
How many hoses per day?
For serial work look at the models with digital control, automatic operation and a foot pedal.
Which control is needed?
MT 11 is manual, MT 12 digital, MT 35 and MT 55 have a 7″ PLC touchscreen; on MT 30 the PLC screen is an option.
Is there a special die or pipe job?

Yes: MT 11. It weighs 70 kg, is manually controlled and also works where there is no electricity; it crimps 3/16″–1″ 4SH hoses. It is designed for replacing construction-machine hoses on the spot.

Yes. The Hose Cutting Machine is a bench-top unit that cuts hoses up to and including 2″. The Hose Skiving Machine skives 3/8″–1 1/4″ hoses and has 6 dies. On MT 30, skiving dies for 3/8″–2″ are fitted on the press.
